Shipping policy

Shipping Method All LuxeHomeHub products are shipped via freight carrier due to their size and weight. We offer a flat-rate freight shipping fee of $149 for all orders within the continental United States.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time Standard freight delivery takes 7–10 business days from the ship date. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

Delivery Requirements Freight deliveries are curbside by default. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment. Liftgate service or white glove delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee — contact us before ordering.

Damaged Shipments Inspect your delivery before signing. If damage is visible, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

International Shipping We ship internationally via USPS and DHL Express. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
