At LuxeHomeHub, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the size and nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been installed or assembled
- Custom or special-order items
- Items damaged due to improper installation
Return Process To initiate a return, contact us at [support@luxehomehub.store] within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange freight pickup. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please document with photos within 48 hours of delivery and contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
